Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Free Shipping: On orders over £50

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges and delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 12-24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen delays may occur (e.g., due to customs, postal service problems, or natural events). We are not responsible for shipping delays outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at tryscentsible@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
